Our Unbleached Bread Flour is roller milled using a local organic wheat. This is a finely milled flour with high protein to develop strong gluten structure during bread baking. Our flour is freshly milled without any additives and often requires slightly less water in recipes when compared to other conventional bread flours.  To add flavour, nutrition and texture to your baked goods, try adding one of our stoneground flours to your Bread base. You won't believe the difference!
